Day 1 :


Eat fruits and vegetables for the whole day. Take fruits like apple and banana for the breakfast. In the afternoon, these fruits can be taken with vegetable salad and your favorite vegetable soup.

Day 2 :


Take fruits and vegetables in a perfectly balanced ratio. You can take your favorite vegan soup for the lunch. Bread and tea will be the perfect dinner.

Day 3 :


By the third day you will feel lightness in your body. This lightness can't be achieved without simple workouts and jogging. You can also take vegetables for the breakfast; and salad and tea in day time. Soup and pasta is recommended for the dinner.

Day 4 :


Day 4 could be started with 5-6 bananas for the breakfast. A bowl of cucumber slices and some other vegetables are good for your lunch. You need to drink 7 or 8 glasses of water to keep your body relaxed. This also prevents your body from dehydrating.

Day 5 :


On day five, you can eat vegetables for the breakfast. For the lunch, you are allowed to eat fish and chicken, but remember that you have to eat them in baked form. It is recommended to eat fish and chicken only once in the diet plan.

Day 6 :


On this day, you are allowed to have a cup of boiled rice with vegetables and fresh fruits. Eat vegetables for the breakfast.

Day 7 :


On this 7th day, you can take only one cup of brown rice with soup and vegetables. If one follows this 7-day diet plan as per the schedule, she/he could find a significant reduction in her/his weight.
